EP Online Strength & Fat Loss Coaching is a structured training and macro-based nutrition program designed to help clients build strength, lose body fat, and develop sustainable habits. The program combines progressive strength training, conditioning, and macro-based nutrition guidance with weekly accountability check-ins and ongoing coaching support.

You’ll start by completing a quick assessment so your training program and macro targets are customized to your goals, schedule, and experience level.
2️⃣ Follow Your Training Plan
You’ll train 3–4 days per week using your app-based workouts.
Each program is structured, progressive, and designed for fat loss and strength.
3️⃣ Track Your Macros
You’ll follow a flexible macro-based nutrition approach—no restrictive meal plans.
You’ll learn how to eat for results while still enjoying your lifestyle.
4️⃣ Weekly Check-Ins
Each week you’ll submit a check-in so adjustments can be made to your training and nutrition to keep you progressing.
5️⃣ Ongoing Coaching Support
You’ll have direct access for questions, guidance, and feedback so you’re never guessing what to do next.
